New Half Board Option
For stays starting from 21/06/2025, dinner service is available at the on-site restaurant, at an extra cost of €25.00 per person per day. This service must be explicitly requested at the time of booking.

Rates include:
Apartment rental and utilities (water, electricity, gas); private parking; access to the equipped swimming pool with sun loungers while supplies last (31/05–26/09); shuttle service (31/05–26/09); bed linen and towels; final cleaning; Wi-Fi in common areas.
AIR CONDITIONING IS AVAILABLE IN ALL APARTMENT TYPES.

Mandatory Costs:
City tax €3.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of seven days. Minors are exempt.

Surcharges:
In our residence (residence formula only), small pets are allowed upon prior notice.
The pet stay fee is €30.00.

OPTIONAL COSTS
Payable on-site upon arrival: Extra bed €70.00 (available only in the three-room apartment type).
Baby cots not available.
Tennis and multi-sport courts.
Beach service.

Short stays of less than one week available on request (minimum 5 nights).
Apartments are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
STAYS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

PAYMENT TERMS
30% deposit within 15 days of booking and 70% balance upon arrival.
