Rates include:
Apartment rental and utilities (water, electricity, gas); private parking; access to the equipped swimming pool with sun loungers while supplies last (31/05–26/09); shuttle service (30/05–25/09); bed linen and towels; final cleaning; Wi-Fi in common areas.
AIR CONDITIONING IS AVAILABLE IN ALL APARTMENT TYPES.
Mandatory Costs:
City tax €3.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of seven days, minors and people with certified disabilities are exempt
Surcharges:
In our residence (only in residence formula and upon prior notification), small pets are allowed (not in the pool).
The pet stay fee is €30.00.
OPTIONAL COSTS
Payable on-site upon arrival: Extra bed €70.00 (available only in the three-room apartment type, upon prior notification).
Baby cots, if available,€30.00 .
Tennis and multi-sport courts.
Beach service.
The bar is open from 301/05 to 25/09.
STAYS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

30% deposit within 15 days of booking and 70% balance upon arrival.
